The basic concept of the houses in Green Cottage are founded on our relationship with nature. All houses face south or south-east, providing warmth and light during the winter season.

The residential building consists of a basement and two floors. 

The basement level has an area of 91 sq. m. with a garage with two parking spaces, a laundry room, a boiler room and a storage room. The first floor, with its area of 112 sq. m., features a spacious living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. 

The second floor has an area of 140 sq. m. and three bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom with a toilet, a closet and a hallway.
