The luxury modern house complex is located in the heart of the first Bulgarian sea resort St. St. Constantine and Helena – a location with over 110 years of history, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sea in all seasons, as well as the healing mineral waters, wonderful nature walks, cultural and historical sites.
The project includes 28 modern two-storey houses offering remarkable interior and exterior solutions. The properties in the complex include buildings of different sizes, with actual built-up areas ranging from 145 to 343 sq. m., and land plots from 402 to 775 sq. m.
